1. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to ease of copying we do not offer refunds or accept returns but do offer free replacement of products damaged in transit or are found to be faulty.We do not refund where the dvd is found to be incompatoble with your dvd/tv system. Having said that, less than 1% of our sales are reported as damaged or poor quality. Our policy is to provide a good product to all our customer/collectors of rare tv nostalgia. Given the age and source of the dvd material the recordings will not be to current High Definition (HD)quality (in most cases video quality only)and buyers are asked to read the web listing details of the product they wish to buy before placing an order; we aim to be as open and transparent as possilbe as to what is on offer so as not to disappoint.
Should you believe your order is lost in transit it is a requirement that our customers advise us of the issue within 14 days of your order being dispatched, by email contact via the 'Contact Us' page. If an item is deemed lost or stolen in transit we offer a free replacement set.
2. CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER AFTER PAYMENT.
Should you order then wish to cancel you are required to email within 24 hours of making the payment and your payment will be refunded in full. This period cannot be extended beyond 24 hours to ensure you nofify us of a cancellation BEFORE we post/ship the item purchased.This is because we aim to ship/post your item with 48 hours of payment. We therefore ask that you only place an order and make your payment having first been clear as to what is on offer to avoid us incurring a Google Wallet or SagePay admin charge on a cancelled order.
3. DELIVERY POLICY.
We aim to package and ship/post orders within 48 hours of confirmed payment during business hours Monday-Friday. For orders placed and paid for over the weekend we would aim to ship/post by Tuesday.During periods of high demand there may be delays of a furhter 24 hours. As we ae based in the UK all UK orders are posted recorded delivery with proof of posting.
International items are shipped Standard Airmail from the UK but tracking is only available on larger sales which go Airsure/Registered mail. If the items purchased are not delivered you will need to deal with your Custom's Agency to determine what the delay or problem is. We will not be responsible for any items lost or seized by Customs. We complete a 'Customs Declaration' (CN22)on all International packages with signature and date of shipping. Please be familiar with what content is acceptable by the laws of your country.Although there is no trakking facility on small orders we do retain Certificated Proof of Posting from the UK Post Office as our proof the order was shipped to provide in cases of claims of non-delivery.
We do ask international buyers to be patient regards delivery times as standard Airmail can take 7-21 days depending on the country, Customs delays or local postal services.
No information such as email address, credit card information, name or postal address will be provided to 3rd parties. We do not sell any customer information to any 3rd party, neither do we provide any individually identifiable customer information to any 3rd party. In order to finalize a purchase, certain information (such as purchase amount) is shared with your financial institution or credit card issuer; in the case of affiliate, purchasing groups or other referrals where the referring party requires some information (such as the amount of a purchase).If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages. Security: Your account information is password-protected for your privacy and security. In certain areas we use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.
